These terms and conds are to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all your party at Ubud Fairy Village.

Your booking

Once you book, you cannot change the type of class you have chosen.

Please take care that you have chosen the class you wanted to do as changing class is only possible by cancelling and re-booking your class.

Activities are specific to design and size of design and cannot be altered ad-hoc.

Attending

Please Arrive early

Ubud Fairy Village is popular! Please arrive 15 minutes early, to make sure you don’t miss your class

Late arrivals will not be allowed into the class, and you will lose your booking with no refund. This is because it disrupts the class for everybody.

No unaccompanied children

Our staff are here to play, and teach art. Although they may help/play with the kids, they are not child minders.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel up to 48 hours before a class for a full refund. Within 48 hours – no refund but you may transfer your booking to a friend. (Membership cancellation details differ – below).

If you change your mind about the activity you want to do, please cancel and re-book. This is to allow us not to waste the prepared materials, or our resources, for getting ready for your class.

Please Note: that refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to come back to your card. This is a function of credit card companies, not us.

Membership Terms and conditions 

No refund of membership.
No refund of membership. Membership fee is currently very low. If you decide to leave or want to cancel your membership for any reason, you will NOT BE Eligible for a refund. Nor may your membership be transferred to anyone else.

No multiple discounts
Discount may NOT be applied on top of any other promotion.

We may withdraw memberships or change terms
We reserve the right to withdraw memberships, or change the offering, without notice, at our discretion. Of course if we change something we will endevour to do it in a reasonable way.
